农村金融发展水平的评价与思考 摘 要 中国作为一个农业大国，农业是国家经济强盛发展的根基，农村经济的健康发展对我国经济建设具有重大的战略意义。因此，促进农村经济发展，继而推动国家经济腾飞，是我国当前亟待解决的问题。金融是现代经济的血液，但我国农村金融发展现状是不乐观的。自改革开放以来，我国农村金融共进行了三次改革，农村金融体系不断完善，但我国农村经济不断发展，农村金融制度改革步伐却相对滞后，农村金融的发展，面临着供给和需求之间的不平衡，信用风险突出，金融发展环境恶化，政府管理不到位等问题，很大程度上制约了农村金融的可持续发展。本文首先回顾了我国农村金融改革历程，然后分析了我国农村金融发展现状及其产生原因，然后吸取国外农村金融成功经验，最后提出了我国农村金融未来发展的策略。 关键词:农村金融；改革与发展；发展策略 The Evaluation and Consideration of the Development Level of Rural Finance Abstract China is an agricultural country, Agriculture is the foundation of the countrys economic development, the healthy development of rural economy of our countrys economic construction has important strategic significance. Therefore, promoting rural economic development and national economic take-off, is the current problem to be solved in our country. Finance is the blood of modern economy, but the status quo of rural financial development is not optimistic. Since the reform and opening up, the rural finance has carried on the three reform, and the rural financial system is improving constantly, but the rural economy is developing continuously, and the pace of the reform of the rural financial system is lagging behind, the rural financial development, facing the imbalance between supply and demand, credit risk, financial development environment, government management does not reach the designated position, to a large extent restricted the sustainable development of rural finance. Firstly, this paper reviews the history of Chinas rural financial reform, and then analyzes the current situation of rural financial development in our country and causes, and learn from the successful experiences of foreign rural financial, and proposes a strategy for the future development of Chinas rural financial.
