摘 要 新闻发布系统是通过农信化平台向农民展现有用的知识，以互联网和便携式通信终端为信息载体，开展农业信息的系统。新闻发布系统(News Release System or Content Management System)又叫做内容管理系统,是一个基于新闻和内容管理的全站管理系统，新闻发布系统是基于B/S模式的WEBMIS系统，本系统可以将杂乱无章的信息（包括文字，图片和影音）经过组织，合理有序地呈现在大家面前。新闻发布系统的提出使电视不再是唯一的新闻媒体，从此以后网络也充当了一个重要的新闻媒介的功能。基于移动互联网手机这一便携式终端共同搭建的移动信息传播平台较传统网络和计算机更易掌握、更低成本、更有时效性。以移动互联网和便携式手机终端为信息载体B/S; Abstract Press Release System is a platform to show through rural credit to farmers useful knowledge to the Internet and portable communication terminal as an information carrier , to carry out the system of agricultural information .
