摘 要 在我国的经济发展中，以中小企业为主的区域制造的产业集群是一个显著特点。面临激烈的市场竞争，企业信息化是提高其综合实力和市场竞争力的关键，而国内的中小企业由于缺乏资金、专业技术人才等因素，其信息化始终举步维艰，总体上仍处于起步阶段。中小企业如何利用计算机技术和网络通信技术构建并实施产品网络化定制系统，满足客户需求的多样化，扩大企业的市场占有率，提高市场竞争力已经成为我国经济发展的关键。 因此，本文结合ASP服务模式的基本理论和产品定制的特征，重点研究了一种基于ASP平台的汽车网络化定制系统的开发实现技术，保证了汽车网络化定制系统的通用性、灵活性；减少了不必要的重复开发，降低了开发成本，提高了开发效率；并且为系统提供了统一的信息交换与集成方式，使系统可以在不同环境下安全高效地实现信息交互共享。 本文对汽车行业产品定制信息系统进行分析与设计，为汽车行业提供一个关于汽车定制的解决方案。本文首先分析了国内外个性化的发展现状，提出汽车定制信息系统实施的必要性；然后本文对汽车定制子系统的需求和实施可行性进行了分析，并对汽车定制信息系统的关键业务流程如订单管理、产品定制等进行了详细的分析；同时设计出一套简单实用的汽车定制信息系统，详细描述了相关的系统功能模块，并对其中几个模块如订单管理、客户管理、产品管理等进行了开发。最后，对本文的研究内容进行了总结，并展望了进一步的研究工作。 关键词：ASP；汽车定制；个性化产品 Abstract In the development of our nation’s economy，industry cluster is remarkable characteristic on the center of middle-small sized enterprises in a region. In the face of the drastic market competition, the enterprise information is a key to enhance its comprehensive strength and competitiveness on market. However，due to lack of fundingthe deficiency of the specialized technical talents and so on，domestic information in small and medium-sized enterprises steps forward roughly throughout， which contributes to the schedule still at the scratch line in a whole.
