With the help of the scientifical analysis by using the data analysis software named SPSS, we finally found out that the phenomenon of the Internet deviant behavior between the young users really exists. This problem poses a significant potential hazard to the healthy growth of the young people, and it is mainly caused by the poor Internet regulatory mechanisms as long as the negligence to the issue in families and schools.
