Culture creative industry plays an important leading role in three big industry to produce industrial connection effect.In recent years, cultural creative industries in Shandong province has made great progress, but there are still some problems and deficiencies.Here analyzed the status of the creative development of the economy in Shandong province and its industry leading role, displays in: the optimization of the first industry to upgrade, pull to ascend, on the secondary industry to the tertiary industry of the infiltration and drive, and from the system and mechanism, laws and regulations, industry investment and financing, industry leading breeding and so on six big aspects put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of the creative economy in Shandong.
