太阳能热水器内筒起筋机的设计 学位论文.doc

摘 要 内筒是太阳能热水器的核心部分，其特性影响着产品的整体寿命，太阳能内筒起筋机是用来增强太阳能内筒的刚性，在太阳能行业得到广泛的应用。通过文献检索、企业流水生产线的参观，对太阳能内筒起筋机的结构、功能和工作原理进行归纳分析，并对国内外太阳能内筒起筋机的研究现状做了一番比较和总结，完成了起筋机的设计。 传动系统和辊压系统是起筋机的核心部分，本文对这两部分进行了详细的设计，其中将上下辊轮轴同时作为主动轴，通过一个齿轮传动达到二者的同步运动，较之电机只带动下辊轮轴旋转，再通过摩擦力带动上辊轮轴旋转，这样需求的动力大为减小，且减少了对被加工件的磨损。同时将下辊轮轴的直径加粗，并将其设计成空心轴，在保证其刚度的前提下即减轻了其重量，又方便了辊轮的安装固定。同时在下辊轮轴的悬臂端安装一个由汽缸带动的气动门，拖住下辊轮轴，避免了由于下辊轮轴刚性不足导致的起筋高度不够。本文对减速机、汽缸、万向联轴器和辊轮轴进行了详细的计算和校核，保证了设计的合理性，也简要介绍了对机架、轴承座等零部件的设计和选择过程。 通过计算分析和校核，本设计实现了预期的设计要求，达到了降低成本、寿命长、噪声小的目的。机器外形尺寸的设计方便工作人员操作，提高了加工效率。 关键词：太阳能内筒起筋机；辊轮轴；传动系统；辊轮 ABSTRACT Solar water heaters within the cylinder is the core part of their characteristics affect the overall life of the product, solar energy from the inner cylinder machine is used to enhance solar energy bars within the rigid tube, in the solar industry has been widely used.
