编号：1229120110 本 科 毕 业 论 文 提高河南省农产品出口经济效益的研究 摘 要 河南省是中国农业大省,但河南省农产品的出口与农业大省却不成比例。河南省有着丰富的农产品资源，具备形成、发展、加强农产品出口经济规模的条件,但是目前河南省许多农产品资源优势在出口方面并没有得到开发。 纵观河南省农产品出口经济现状，虽然有一定的发展，但是农产品出口存在不可忽视的缺点：农产品出口市场比较集中，出口市场占有率较低，出口产品结构不合理，农产品出口规模不大，农产品深加工不强处在市场供应链低端，农产品品牌较低，技术创新不足有待提高，河南省许多企业规模小、资金不足、产业化程度不高、很多企业分散经营，无法形成规模效应，且面临各种贸易壁垒，而政府对农产品出口的宏观调控落实不到位等等面临各种各样的问题。市场认知度低，标准化建设滞后，质量安全不达标，新型科技难以推广等实际问题，严重制约了农产品出口经济的发展。有关分析河南省农产品出口经济中存在的问题与对策以及如何提高河南省农产品出口经济效益的研究并制定相应的对策增强国际竞争力是河南省发展农业出口经济的一个刻不容缓的课题。 关键词：河南省；农产品出口；国际竞争力；经济效益；农产品品牌 Abstract Henan Province is a major agricultural province of China, Henan Province agricultural exports and agriculture save disproportionate. Henan Province is rich in agricultural resources, with the formation, development, and strengthen the conditions of the agricultural exports of economies of scale, but at present, Henan Province, many agricultural resource advantages in the export has not been developed. Throughout the economic situation of agricultural exports in Henan Province, although there is some development, the existence of the shortcomings can not be ignored but agricultural exports: exports of agricultural products market is relatively concentrated, lower export market share, export product structure is irrational, small agricultural exports of agricultural products deep processing at the low end of the market supply chain, lower agricultural product brands, the lack of technological innovation needs to be improved, many enterprises in Henan Province, a small scale, lack of funds, not the degree of industrialization, many enterprises to decentralized management, economies of scale can not be formed, and facing a variety of trade barriers, implementation of the place facing a variety of problems the governments macro-control of exports of agricultural products.
