万通煤炭运销有限公司物流运输成本分析 摘 要 随着企业之间的竞争不断增强，怎样快速、准确的控制物流运输成本并进行优化是很多企业有待解决的问题。物流运输是综合作业，研究物流运输成本是一项十分烦琐的工程。物流运输成本控制目标是要提升企业的物流能力，实现物流活动的效率化。因此，在掌握物流成本管理方法和切入点的同时，以万通煤炭运销有限公司为例，展开对公司的物流运输成本分析，研究其物流运输成本优化方案，对提高万通煤炭运销有限公司物流运输效益，降低物流运输成本提供了相应的参考价值，同时对完善国内物流体系研究具有重要的理论和现实意义。 关键词：运输成本 物流成本 物流管理 Analysis of the Cost of Logistics and Transport of Wantong Coal Transportation and Marketing Co.,Ltd.
