圆柱零件在线测量的传感器和数字显示仪的研制 摘 要 随着科学技术的不断发展，动态测量已逐渐成为现代测量的主流。在动态测量中传感器的应用一直是比较广泛的。其中电感式传感器是目前动态测量中用途较广的一种位移传感器。它的应用领域涉及到机械制造、工业过程控制、汽车电子产品、通信电子产品和医疗设备等。 本文介绍了一种电感式微位移测量仪的设计与实现。以80C51为控制核心，石英晶体振荡电路产生正弦波信号作为传感器信号源，由差动变压器式传感器将位移量转化为电压量，经过信号放大器AD620对电压信号进行放大，最后由AD转换芯片DS2450进行模数转换后送给单片机进行处理，最后由数码管显示测量位移值。 本设计对变压器电桥零位误差的消除进行了相应的改进措施，对电感传感器二次测量电路的精度进行了改善，使测量精度大大提高。 关键字：电感式传感器；动态测量系统；单片机；数码管 Title The sensor for size survey and the display for digit’s design Abstract With development of science and technology, the dynamic measurement has become the modern survey gradually the mainstream. The application of sensor has been quite widespread in the dynamic measurement. And the inductance sensor is one kind of position transmitter widely used in the present dynamic measurement. Its application domain involves to the machine manufacture, the commercial run control, the automobile electronic products, the correspondence electronic products and the medical equipment and so on. In this design and implementation of an inductive micro-displacement meter and digital indicator are presented. A quartz crystal oscillator circuit as a sine wave signal sensor signal source, displacement sensors will be converted into voltage volume by the differential transformer, after the signal amplifier AD620 voltage signal to zoom in and finally AD conversion DS2450 chip for analog-digital conversion after the treatment given. Which is controed by single-chip 80C51. The circuit for display we used is the nixietube system controlled by single-chip. The design of the transformer bridge zero error for the elimination of the corresponding improvement measures, the sensor circuit of the second measurement accuracy has improved so that the measurement accuracy greatly enhanced.
