As the power source of the basic carrier of social production and living and the development of regional economy， the real estate industry will not only directly affect the improvement of the human living environment and improve the living standards of the people， but also affects a countrys industrialization， the process of city. In this paper， the real estate industry and sustainable development together，systematically analyzes the connotation of the importance of the sustainable development and the sustainable development of real estate real estate.
