单 位 代 码 02 学号 分类号 密 级 化纤纸管生产线卷管机设计 院（系）名称 工学院机械系 专业名称 ****** 学生姓名 *** 指导教师 ***** 2年 月 日  螺旋纸管生产线卷管机 摘 要 随着时代的进步，螺旋纸管已广泛应用于我们生活中的各个行业，主要包括胶带纸管，保鲜膜纸管，电热耦纸管，塑料薄膜纸管，造纸用管，皮革纸管，高强度纸管，化纤纸管等，有比较广泛的适用范围，有很大的用量。螺旋纸管生产有很多的部分，其主要的部分为卷管部分。在此设计的螺旋纸管卷管机所生产的纸管应用于各行业，特别是生产化纤工业用管。本设计部分给出了纸带宽度与卷管直径的关系，并且对不同卷管直径的各层纸带宽度做了具体计算。我们在传统的纸管卷管机的基础上，通过对普通V带传动、链传动、锥齿轮传动以及花键轴的设计、计算和校核，比较详细地对各传动部分做了具体分析，并完成了总装配图的绘制，为纸管加工和现代化生产提供理论依据。 关键词：螺旋，纸管，卷管机，四机头 Paper Tube Machine of Spiral Paper Tube Production Line Abstract With the development of the society，Spiral paper tube has been widely used in our daily life, mainly includes the wrap film paper tube, tape paper tube, plastic wrap paper tube, electric coupling paper tube, plastic film paper tube, paper tube, leather paper tube, aluminum foil paper tube, paper tube of high strength, chemical fiber paper tube, etc., the applicable scope is wide, dosage is bigger. Volume tube part is the main part of the spiral paper tube production. In the design of spiral paper tube roll mill produced paper tube used in various industries, especially in the production of chemical fiber industrial pipe. This design gives the volumes of paper tape width and the diameter of the relationship, and each layer of different volume tube diameter tape width is made a concrete calculation. On the basis of the traditional paper tube roll mill, based on the ordinary v-belt drive, chain drive, bevel gear drive and spline shaft design, calculation and checking, more detail to the transmission part made a concrete analysis, and completed the total assembly drawing, which provides the theoretical basis, paper processing and modern production.
