泰 山 学 院 固定式火车抑尘剂喷洒装置的设计与分析 所 在 学 院 机械与工程学院 专 业 名 称 机械设计制造及其自动化 申请学士学位所属学科 工 学 年 级 二〇一〇级 学生姓名、学号 刘炳政 2010170017 指导教师姓名、职称 陈宏圣 副教授 完 成 日 期 二〇一二年五月 摘 要 随着铁路运输的发展以及煤炭运量的快速增长，我们身边的环境也正在遭受着各种粉尘的污染，而煤炭运输时造成的扬尘污染更是铁路运输的污染之一，。为此，大力推动煤炭抑尘项目的发展，努力建设和探索运输与环境和谐的煤炭运输形式已经引起铁道部高度重视。向煤炭表面喷洒抑尘剂是解决该问题行之有效的措施。 当今，很多地方或企业一直采用人工方式，虽然看起来方便但是其效率低、费时费力，同时存在各种不安全隐患。有少数的企业采用了喷淋基站，但是其存在诸多问题，导致抑尘剂浪费严重。 针对这种情况，本文设计了固定式抑尘剂喷洒装置，从而能够大大提高作业效率，均匀控制喷洒流量，避免浪费等现象。 关键词：抑尘剂,喷洒装置,设计 ABSTRACT Along with the development of railway transportation and coal freight volume rapid growth, our side environment is also suffer from all kinds of dust pollution, and coal transport resulted from the dust pollution is one of the railway transportation pollution,. Therefore, vigorously promote the development of the coal dust suppression project, make great efforts to build and explore transportation harmonious environment and the coal transportation has caused great attention. Coal surface to spray or dust agent is the effective measures to solve the problem. Today, a lot of places or enterprise has been using artificial way, although it seems that convenient but its efficiency is low, the time-consuming, at the same time, there are many security reasons. There are a few companies have taken spray base station, but it has many problems, lead to severe waste dust or agent. In this kind of situation, this paper designs fixed or dust agent sprays, which can greatly improve the working efficiency, uniform spraying flow control, avoid the phenomenon， such as waste.
