Users can WEB (WIDE WEB WORLD), WAP (Application Protoco Wireless) as well as a variety of client components of the community, to 150 words or so of text updates, and to achieve instant sharing. It is a kind of interactive and fast communication tools, with real-time, and even faster than the mass media.
