In real life, moving target detection and tracking are widely involved in human tracking and identification, intelligent transport, traffic flow monitoring. In the past few years, a large number of scholars at home and abroad into the field, and has made a lot of achievements. Summed up the movement monitoring mainly includes three elements: the moving target detection, orientation, judgment and image tracking.
