摘要本设计是在邓州市拟建一座工程规模为12万m3/d的污水处理厂。通过综合考虑邓州市概况及本工程的规模、进水特性、处理要求、运行费用和维护管理等情况，经技术经济比较分析，确定采用AAO生物脱氮除磷处理工艺。该污水厂的污水处理流程为：污水从粗格栅到污水提升泵房，再从泵房到细格栅，然后到旋流沉砂池、初沉池，再进入生物池（即AAO反应池），再从生物池进入二沉池，污水再经过接触消毒池后排入自然水体；污泥处理流程为：旋流沉砂池产生的垃圾直接外运处置，二沉池产生的剩余污泥则运入贮泥池，二沉池的回流污泥则通道管道、污泥回流泵房再次进入AAO反应池，经过贮泥、消化处理后的污泥，进入污泥浓缩脱水车间，最后外运处理。AAO工艺的生物处理部分由厌氧池、缺氧池和好氧池组成。厌氧池主要功能是释放磷,同时部分有机物进行氨化。缺氧池的主要功能是脱氮。好氧池是多功能的,能够去除BOD、硝化和吸收磷。本次设计所选择的AAO工艺，具有良好的脱氮除磷功能。此外该工艺还具有高效、节能的特点，且耐冲击负荷较高，出水水质好。因此,更具有广泛的适应性，完全适合本设计的实际要求。关键词：AAO工艺，脱氮除磷，总体布置AbstractThis capital is designed to sewage treatment factory intending to build one project scale for120000 m3/d in Deng Zhou.
