煤炭企业职工职业道德建设研究——以河北省邢台市邢东矿为例 摘要 随着社会主义市场经济的飞速发展，职业道德在企业健康发展中的地位愈加凸显，因此，面对不断变化的企业环境，结合各行业的职业特点，探讨企业持续发展的思路和职业道德建设的现状很有必要。本研究的目的主要有：其一，以持续发展理论，职业道德建设方法等为指导，以相关论著为借鉴，探讨煤炭企业职业道德建设的重要意义。其二，通过实地调研，了解河北省邢台市邢东矿区职业道德建设现状，分析集团职业道德建设中取得的成绩和面临的问题。其三，针对煤炭企业的特殊性及当前职业道德建设中面临的问题，提出优化煤炭企业职业道德建设的策略和建议。 本研究以可持续发展为视角，以河北省邢台市邢东矿区为例，结合专业基础理论，探讨煤炭企业职业道德方面的问题。河北省邢台市邢东矿区在职业道德建设方面取得了一定的成绩，但同时面对煤炭行业的竞争日趋激烈，企业管理经营难度加大等现实状况，也面临企业干部职工思想动摇的状况。研究采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、专题访谈法和统计分析的方法。通过实地调研了解河北省邢台市邢东矿区的基本情况，包括自然地理环境、企业文化建设等方面内容；通过问卷与访谈的形式了解企业管理人员和职工对职业道德建设的看法和意见。 研究表明，河北省邢台市邢东矿区职业道德建设存在重视不足、内容缺乏针对性、教育形式较为单一等问题。煤炭企业职工职业道德建设具有一定的特殊性和困境，如存在职工文化素质参差不齐，职工理解不到位，职业道德建设与企业生产之间的关系如何处理，以及职业道德建设的方式如何创新等一系列问题。为此，加强职业道德建设，需要思想上高度重视，执行上认真贯彻、建立长效机制。 关键词：邢东矿区；职业道德；企业文化；持续发展 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of the socialist market economy, in the healthy development of enterprises in the position of professional ethics is more and more prominent.
