饭店管理论文 题 目:浅谈饭店管理与管理者 院 系: 旅游学院 专 业: 饭店管理 浅谈饭店管理与管理者 摘 要 随着21世纪的到来，中国饭店业的管理水平将与世界同步发展。饭店企业的管理者们不仅要注意引进吸收国外饭店现代化的管理经验与方法，更重要的是要立足国内实际，在坚持国际标准的同时，要积极探索适合中国饭店业管理的路子和模式，逐渐缩短与国外的差距。本文在对饭店管理与管理者研究的基础上，对于饭店企业应具备的基本管理体系与方法得出了基本的模式，同时，也在对一些具体的问题与突发状况的研究过程中，对管理者应具备的专业素养提出了基本的要求。饭店管理不仅需要具备专业知识，更需要在实践中不断积累经验，提高管理者的管理与领导能力。 关键词：饭店管理 饭店管理者 管理体系与模式 管理方法 Abstract Along with the coming of 21st century, the level of management in hotel industry will be in accord with the level of the world. Not only do the managers in hotel industry need to pay attention to absorbing the modern experience and methods that we learn from foreign countries, but what’s more important is that we should keep a foothold of the domestic reality. The managers should explore the appropriate development pattern of the hotel industry when they stick on the international standards, which can shorten the gap with foreign countries. This article has conducted the research to the management and managers in the hotel industry. And it has reached a basic pattern of the hotel management system. Meanwhile, it has also raised some basic requirements about the specialty literacy of managers in the process of researching some specific problems and emergencies.
