摘 要 液压气动技术是设备中发展速度较快的技术之一，特别是近年来与微电子、计算机技术相结合，使液压技术进入了一个新的发展阶段。目前，已广泛应用在工业各领域。由于近年来微电子、计算机技术的迅猛发展，液压气动技术不仅在作为以一种基本的传动形式上占有很重要的地位，而且以优良的静态、动态性 能成为一种重要的控制技术。热压机是人造板生产中最重要的设备之一。热压机的生产能力决定了人造板生产线的质量，而热压机的技术水平也在很大程度上决定了人造板的质量。发展人造板产业是提高木材利用率的有效途径，热压机是人造板工艺中极其重要的设备，而热压机液压系统是控制热压工艺的关键。 在本设计的液压系统中，采用高转速柱塞泵和低转速齿轮泵双泵供油，高、低压泵分别工作，既能实现液压缸的快速动作，又可以缓慢加压。同时，由于系统采用快速卸荷手柄，能够实现人工快速卸荷。另外，系统中采用液压集成块技术，使得系统结构紧凑,元件密度高,占据面积小，运用灵活方便，又易于实现标准化。 本设计在原有QD实验热压机液压系统的基础上作了进一步的改进，使整个系统结构更加紧凑，缩小了系统的占用空间，使热压机具有更高的稳定性和较高的工作效率，在人造板热压成型生产中性能更加完备。 关键词：热压机；液压系统；集成阀块；双泵供油；快速卸荷。 Abstract Hydraulic pneumatic technology is the faster one in the development of technology，Especially in recent years，the conmbination with microelectronics and computer technology make hydraulic technology have entered a new stage of development。At present，it Has been widely used in the industrial fields。Because of the rapid development of computer technology and microelectronics in recent years，Hydraulic pneumatic technology not only play an important role as as a kind of basic transmission form，but also become a kind of important control technology with excellent static and dynamic performance。Hot pressing machine is one of the most important of equipment in the man-made board production manufacturing。Hot pressing machine production capacity decides the quality of the man-made board in the production line，And the technology level of hot pressing machine decides the quality of the man-made board to a great extent。The Development of panel industry is an effective way to improve the utilization ratio of the wood，Hot pressing machine is a very important equipment in the process of man-made board，and the hydraulic system of the hot pressing machine is the key to control hot-pressing process。 。High and low pressure pump workKeywords: Hot pressing machine, hydraulic system, oil cylinders, valves piece 目　录 第一章　绪论 1 1.1国内人造板的总体概况 1 1.2热压机的发展 1 1.2.1热压机的起源—多层压机 1 1.2.2单层热压机 2 1.3热压机的发展现状 3 1.3.1国外热压机的发展现状
