摘要 随着社会 的发展、科技的进步以及人们生活水平的逐步提高，各种方便于生活的自动控制系统开始进入了人们的生活，以PLC为核心的四层电梯控制系统就是其中之一。同时也标志了自动控制领域成为了数字化时代的一员。它更让人类懂得，数字时代的发展将改变人类的生活，将加快科学技术的发展。电梯不但能给我们带来人员进出方便、快捷还有安全，更令我们的建筑增加美观。19世纪初。欧美一些国家开始使用蒸汽机作为升降的动力。但是被工业界认可的升降机还未出现。直至1852年世界上第一台安全升降机诞生。作为建筑物内部的一种主要交通工具，电梯性能的好坏对人们生活的影响越来越显著。所以必须努力提高电梯性能，使电梯安全可靠又高效节能的运行。 用PLC控制电梯的意义：实际上电梯是根据外部呼叫信号以及自身控制规律运行的，而人们的呼叫是随机的，所以电梯是一个人机交互式的控制系统，因此大部分电梯采用随机逻辑控制。传统的电梯运行逻辑控制系统采用继电器逻辑控制线路。这种控制线路存在易出故障、维护不便、运行寿命较短、占用空间大等缺点，因此这种控制方式将逐渐被淘汰。目前，可编程控制器和微机组成的电梯运行逻辑控制系统争议很快的速度发展着。采用PLC对电梯的信号系统进行控制，开发出完整的电梯控制软件，提高了电梯的控制水平，改善电梯的性能。可以提高电梯运行的可靠性使维修方便的多。 关键词：电梯 PLC Abstract:with the development of the society, the progress of sscience and technology and the improving of peoples living standard, all kinds of convenience in life start into the automatic control system of peoples lives, four layers of elevator control system with PLC as the core is one of them.
