大连理工大学城市学院 本科生毕业设计（论文） ? 学 院： 建筑工程学院 专 业： 工程管理 学 生： 夏毓鸿 指导教师： 李振峰 评阅教师： 李 凯 完成日期：  大连理工大学城市学院本科毕业设计（论文） 北京热力书香门第10#楼单位工程 施工组织设计 摘 要 随着现代建筑水平、技术发展，对建筑工期、质量及安全都有了更严格的要求。本文以山西太原书香门第10#楼单位工程施工项目为实例，结合实际情况，对项目的分部分项工程施工方案进行了详细设计，并且列出了各个分项工程的施工过程。此工程从基础到主体的运用了很多非常先进的施工工艺，尤其是在主体施工，施工方案非常先进高效。在项目部的构成方面，人员配备合理，可以充分发挥各个管理人员的能力。运用进度控制的基本理论知识，从项目管理者的角度出发，对项目从开工准备到竣工验收全过程进行了系统的进度规划设计，使用横道图和网络图对进度计划进行分析，并根据实际情况提出了具体的保证进度计划实施的措施；质量和安全方面，制定了严格的技术、组织措施，真对施工项目中的常见问题、重点问题进行了规划，建立相应的管理组织机构，以保证质量与安全计划得以很好的实现。 关键词：施工组织方案；进度计划；网络图；横道图 Abstract With the development of modern architecture, technology make a spurt of progress level, the construction period, quality and safety are more stringent requirements.
