摘 要
数字频率计是计算机、通讯设备、音频视频等科研生产领域不可缺少的测量仪器。它的基本测量原理是,首先让被测信号与标准信号一起通过一个闸门,然后用计数器计数信号脉冲的个数,把标准时间内的计数的结果,用锁存器锁存起来,最后用显示译码器,把锁存的结果用LED数码显示管显示出来。

Abstract
The digital frequency meter is an indispensable instrument of computers, communications equipment, audio, video production and other research fields. It is measured the signaling frequency the numeral metering equipment. which is one kind with the decimal digit demonstrated Its basic function is surveys the sine signal, the square-wave signal, the triangle wave signal and all that each kind of unit time endomorphism physical quantity. The basic measurement principle is, let the measured signal with the standard signal along through a gate. Then Counting the number of pulse signal, the standard time of the count results, the latches latch, Finally, show decoder, and the results latch LED digital display of show.
This design is composed by the module electric circuit, including each kind of integrated block, logical component, simple electronic device for foundation simple digital frequency meter. Has realized the frequency and the cyclical survey, at the same time, this design also used the expander to expand the survey scope. And, the integrated circuit which uses to this design in, as well as in the simple digital frequency meter debugging has given the simple explanation.
