提钒转炉供氧制度的设计本科 大学论文

攀枝花学院本科毕业设计(论文) 学生姓名: 学生学号: 20011103097 院(系): 工程学院 年级专业: 200冶金工程 指导教师: 副教授 助理指导教师: 二〇一年月 摘 要 供氧制度是控制转炉提钒的中心环节,该制度包括氧枪枪位、喷头结构、耗氧量、供氧强度、供氧压力等诸多参数。转炉提钒的产品为半钢和钒渣,满足半钢碳温度的要求,降低半钢钒,提高钒的氧化率。 本文主要是130吨的提钒转炉的。供氧量的计算喷头出口马赫数的确定设计的参数为:供氧量m3/min,设计氧压0.793 Mpa喷头出口马赫数、喷射扩张段的扩张角度扩张长度mm,枪位在1.4~2.2m之间变化。 关键词 氧枪 ABSTRACT Oxygen supply system is the central link to control the converter of vanadium extraction, the system includes the lance position, the nozzle structure, oxygen consumption, oxygen supply intensity, oxygen pressure and other parameters. The main products of the converter of vanadium extraction are steel and vanadium slag, through the design of oxygen supply system to meet the requirements of the carbon content of the steel and the temperature of vanadium extraction in the converter, the vanadium is oxidized into the vanadium slag as much as possible for increasing vanadium oxidation rate. At the same time, reducing the vanadium content which exist in the semi steel ,. The main content of this paper is to design the oxygen supply system of 130 tons of vanadium extraction converter. The main contents include analysing the performance of the vanadium slag, the calculation of material balance and heat balance in the converter, design the oxygen consumption of per ton hot metal, the calculation of the total oxygen supply, selecting the figure of Maher number in the nozzle exit, the design of the throat diameter, the design about the position of the oxygen lance. The design parameters: the amount of oxygen is 282.84 m3, the design oxygen pressure is 0.793 MPa, the oxygen consumption of per ton hot metal is 15.23 m3/t, throat diameter 40 mm, the nozzle exit Mach number is 2.0, the jet expansion segment of the expansion angle is 11 °,the expansion of the length is 69 mm, the position of the lance changes between 1.4 to 2.0 m.
