2015届毕业生毕业论文（设计） 级财管专 学生姓名 学 号 指导教师 2015年 5月 27日  我国企业财务管理存在的问题及对策研究 摘 要 财务管理是企业管理工作的重要组成部分，是企业管理的核心，对于改善企业经营管理，提高企业经济效益具有十分重要的作用。我国传统的企业财务管理已经不能适应现代企业发展的要求，因此有必要实行全面预算管理，强化资金管理，建立财务监督制度，全面加强企业财务管理，以提高企业的经济效益。企业财务管理围绕利润最大化和风险最小化这一经营目标筹集资金、进行资金投放并监督控制财务活动。在企业发展中处于核心地位的企业财务水平直接关系到企业的生存发展。在市场经济条件下，一个企业财务状况的好坏，既受其内部条件的影响，也受外部宏观经济环境的影响。企业虽无力决定外部环境，但可以通过内部条件的改善来积极适应和充分利用外部环境，并在一定范围内，通过改变自己的小环境来增强自身活力。在企业财务管理中存在许多问题，一个好的企业财务管理者应该从成本、信息、风险几方面入手，加强建设，总结得失。逐步完善企业财务管理体系，确保企业和谐高效发展。 关键词：财务管理 投资 信息化 创新 Abstract The financial management is an important part of management, is the core of enterprise management, improving business management, and improving economic efficiency has a very important role.
