But from the overall situation of Chinas listed companies management perspective, its financial situation is not optimistic, the most prominent problem is financial security. Financial crisis become an obstacle to the development of Chinas listed companies and even the survival of important risks. Application of the financial early warning methods of making listed companies to anticipate and prevent the financial crisis possible. However, from the results, the effect of the financial early warning work carried out in the listed company is not ideal. Based on the representations by enterprise financial crisis and the causes are analyzed, the paper believes that the shortcomings of the financial early warning mechanism is the deep roots of Financial Crisis Warning difficult to effectively carry out the work.
