摘 要 本次毕业设计的题目是箱体的数控加工工艺设计。由设计任务书可知设计的主要内容有:设计毛坯图,绘制零件图,设计数控加工工艺规程程,数控加工程序设计,主要工序组合夹具设计等。 研究零件图,通过零件的材料、形状、生产性质等,确定毛坯的种类和制造方法,确定不同加工表面的加工余量,完成毛坯图的绘制。分析零件图上的尺寸及公差,仔细研究零件图,读懂零件的各部分功能,完成零件图的三维建模并绘制零件图。根据零件图上标注的各个加工表面的具体要求,选择合适的加工方法,确定刀具、机床的种类,选择合理的测量工具,综合考虑零件的设计基准,定位基准,选择合理的定位方式尽量减小加工时产生的误差,合理安排工序顺序。确定各个工步机床的主轴转速和刀具的进给速度,利用UGNX8.0 软件进行仿真,后处理生成程序代码。选择合理的方案,完成组合夹具的装配并绘制二维图。 关键词:工艺规程;夹具设计;数控编程;箱体 Abstract The topic of this graduation project is to designe the body’s the CNC machining process. The main content of the task are: blank drawing, parts drawing, designing process of CNC machining process flow diagram, CNC machining program , modular fixture design process. Research parts diagram, determine the type and method of manufacture of the blank depend on the material, shape, nature of production parts and the like, and determine the allowance different processing surface finish drawing the rough drawing. Analysis the dimensions and tolerances on parts diagram and study parts diagram carefully,to understand function of each part then complete three-dimensional modeling and parts drawing. According to the specific requirements of each of the parts diagram marked machined surface, select the appropriate processing methods, determine the types of tools, machine tools, measuring tools reasonable choice, considering the design basis of parts, locating datum selected to minimize reasonable positioning Error generated when processing, reasonable arrangements for the order of steps. Determining the machine spindle speed and feed rate props of dach step, use UGNX8.0 software simulation, post-processing to generate program code. Select a reasonable solution to complete the assembly of modular fixture and draw two-dimensional map.
