Excessive and constant pressure may lead to serious physical and mental illness. But stress management can prevent stress causing such devastating damage to employees.It can also maintain and keep the first resource which is human resource of the enterprise effectively. Stress management is benefit to reduce employees too much psychological pressure. Maintaining moderate pressure will allow employees to improve work efficiency and the performance of the entire organization thus to increase profits. Companies’ focusing on employee pressure problem can fully embody the concept of people-oriented,which is beneficial to build good corporate culture and increase staff’s loyalty to enterprise.Based on the survey of Ruixing clothing,we can understand the Ruixing clothing’s internal stress status of staff and problems and deficiency in stress management , thus for the enterprise put forward the relevant countermeasures.
