轴承专用车床主传动系统设计 摘 要 作为主要的车削加工车床，轴承套圈专用车床是适合大批量生产，大功率，高效率的半自动化车床，它主要用于轴承套圈的车削加工，也可用于加工盘类、短轴类、套类等零件，在该机床上采用多把刀具同时加工零件，也可采用仿形刀架加工各成型表面。 本设计主要针对液压卡盘多刀仿形车床主传动系统进行设计。主传动系统的功用是支撑主轴和传动其旋转，并使其实现起动、停止、变速、变向等。主传动系统的传动机构包括定比机构和变速机构两部分，前者仅用于传递运动和动力，或进行升速、降速，采用齿轮传动副；后者用来使主轴变速，采用滑移齿轮变速机构，其结构简单紧凑，传动效率高。开停装置用于控制主轴的起动和停止。换向装置用于改变主轴的旋转方向。设计的内容主要有机床主要参数的确定，传动方案和传动系统图的拟定，对双向片式摩擦离合器进行设计，它是主轴的起动和停止以及换向装置，对离合器的主要零件摩擦片进行计算和验算，利用CAD绘图软件进行零件的设计和处理。 关键词：车床，床头箱，换向，离合器  SPECIAL LATHE BEARING MAIN TRANSMISSION SYSTEM DESIGN ABSTRACT As the main lathe work lathe, special lathes bearing rings are suitable for mass production, high power, high efficiency of semi-automatic lathe, which is mainly used for turning bearing rings, and can also be used for processing disk type, brachy axis type, a set of kind and so on. Main drive system is to prop up the function of its rotation of axis and the drive and make it start, stop, speed change, direction-converting etc. The driving mechanism of main driven system mainly include two parts, constant proportion mechanism and gear shift mechanism. The he former is only used for the transmission of motion and power through gear pair, or hoisting speed, settling velocity; The latter is used to change the velocity of spindle through shift mechanism of slipping gear, the structure of which is simple and compact, with high transmission efficiency. The sharting and braking devices are used to control the spindle of its start and stop. The reversing device is used to alter the direction of spindle rotation.
