摘 要 Formula SAE 赛事1980 年在美国举办第一次比赛，现在已经是为汽车工程学会的学生成员举办的一项国际赛事，其目的是设计、制造一辆小型的高性能方程式赛车，并使用这辆自行设计和制造的赛车参加比赛。出于此项比赛的宗旨是让学生针对业余高速穿障的车手开发制造一个原型车，该原行车应该具备有可小批量生产的能力，并且原型车的造价要低于25,000 美元。这项竞赛包含有3个最主要的基本元素，分别是：工程设计、成本控制以及静态评估,单独的动态性能测试,高性能的耐久性测试Formula SAE 赛事的主要参与者通常都是来自高校的学生组成的车队。现在在美国、欧洲和澳大利亚每年都会举办Formula SAE 比赛。Formula SAE 向年轻的工程师们提供了一个参与有意义的综合项目的机会。为了促进民族汽车工业的发展，中国于2010年开始举办此赛事。本次设计正因此而展开，本次设计主要是从车架的结构入手，为了让车架达到比赛所用赛车的刚度和强度进行设计和分析，本设计对整车做了总体布置，确定重心的位置。然后将自己设计出的三个不同结构的车架运用Proe进行建模，然后将三个车架导入ansys软件进行静力结构分析与车架侧翻时候的静力分析，通过比较得到优化结果，将优化的车架进行模态分析。由于车架看是简单实际上是比较复杂的，通过ansys软件的分析不但能满足设计的要求，而且缩短了设计的周期。通过本次优化设计使中国FSAE赛车车架的设计能更加完美，同时通过比赛可以通过很多数据为民族汽车工业能提供很多重要的数据，进一步使民族汽车的更安全和实用。 关键词：车架；结构；静态分析；模态分析；优化设计 ABSTRACT Formula SAE 1980 competition held in the first race in the United States, now is the student members of the Society of Automotive Engineers held an international event, whose purpose and designed using the Zheliang and manufactured race cars.
