双柱式举升器的设计本科论文.doc

摘 要 双柱式举升机是一种汽车修理和保养单位常用的举升设备,广泛用于轿车等小型车的维修和保养。它是一种把整车装备重量不大于4吨的各种轿车、面包车、工具车等举升到一定高度内供汽车维修和安全检查作业的保修设备。 本文通过对我国汽车举升机现状的调查、研究、分析，参考国内外解决举升机安全与稳定性问题的解决措施，对几种举升机进行了分析，并结合我国举升机存在的实际情况，提出了适合我国汽车修理行业的双柱式汽车举升机设计方案。 本文首先阐述了双柱式汽车举升机设计的目的和意义、发展状况以及应用前景。分析论证了一种举升承载质量为3.2t的双柱式汽车举升机总体设计方案，进行了举升机构的机械系统、液压系统、电气系统等主要机构的方案分析和选择，并对机械部分进行了运动分析以及强度和刚度的校核计算，对液压系统进行了设计和计算。本课题基于计算机仿真平台，应用当前CAD/CAE领域应用比较广泛的二维软件AutoCAD进行绘图。 关键词： 升举机；CAD绘图；液压系统；液压系统；计算校核 ABSTRACT Double column type elevator machine is a car repair and maintenance units of the commonly used lifting device, widely used in cars compact car repair and maintenance. The paper analysis the bearing quality for a lifting of the 3.2 t double column type auto lift machine, the overall design scheme of lifting mechanism of mechanical system, hydraulic system, electrical system, the main institution of the scheme and options, and analysis of the mechanical parts of the movement analysis and the strength and stiffness of the hydraulic system to check calculation, the design and calculation.
