本科生毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 临床护士如何避免护患纠纷 学生姓名： 张丽 学 号： 201213011216 院 系： 医学系 专业年级： 2012级护理学2班 指导教师： 王秀庭 2016年4月 25日 摘 要 近年来医患纠纷的增多，其中与护理纠纷有关的护患纠纷也呈上升的趋势，给护理人员造成沉重的心理负担，因此探讨护理工作中与护理相关的护患纠纷产生的原因及防范措施尤为重要。本文首先对护患纠纷做了简单的概述，然后采用回顾性统计学方法对某院20例护患纠纷方面的投诉原因进行分析，通过对现有的护患纠纷的分析可以得出发生护患纠纷的原因：护理人员服务态度差、护理职业综合素质水平不高、护理人员责任心不强、患者自身的因素、社会医疗系的影响及护理文件记录欠缺等。 本文毕业设计提出相应的防范措施：提高护理工作者自身素质；强化法制观念及法制教育；提升职业道德，增强服务意识；强化护士责任意识,杜绝差错事故；加强护患沟通，建立良好护患关系； 提高医院管理水平；培养慎独精神。 关键词：护理工作；护患纠纷；对策 ABSTRACT In recent years, the increasing of the medical disputes, including nursing disputes related disputes also shows ascendant trend, nurses and patients to nursing staff a heavy psychological burden, thus to explore the nursing work related to nursing disputes the cause of nurses and patients and protection measures are particularly important.This paper firstly made a brief overview of nurse dispute, and then a retrospective statistical methods 20 cases of disputes of nurses and patients to a hospital complaints reasons were analyzed, and through the analysis of the existing dispute of nurses and patients can get occurrence dispute reason: nurse care personnel, poor service attitude of nursing profession overall quality level is not high, the nurses sense of responsibility is not strong, the patients own factors, the influence of the society of clinical, nursing documents. Graduation design in this paper put forward the corresponding precautionary measures: to improve nursing workers their own quality, strengthen legal awareness and legal education, improve the professional ethics, strengthen the service consciousness, strengthen nurses responsibility consciousness, eliminate errors accident, strengthen the protection of communication, establish a good relationship between nurses and patients, improve the level of hospital management, cultivate self-supe
