郑州工业应用技术学院 本科生毕业设计 题 目： 轿车转向系统设计（循环球式转向器） 指导教师： 李 鑫 职称： 硕士研究生 学生姓名： 周 琦 学号： 1202110109 专 业： 交通运输 院 （系）： 机电工程学院 答辩日期： 2016年6月3日 2016年6月3日 摘要 本文的研究内容是轿车转向系统设计(循环球式转向器)。轿车转向系统对汽车行驶稳定性和安全性有重要的影响，考虑到循环球式转向器在世界范围内得到广泛的应用和较快的发展。本文所设计的转向器采用了循环球式转向器。循环球式转向器具有工作效率较高、使用寿命长、传动比可变、工作可靠、齿条和齿扇之间的间隙调整工作容易进行的优点。 本文从转向系统的类型及发展现状上进行分析，对循环球式转向器进行研究。了解转向系统结构组成部分及其工作原理，通过文献调查法收集资料，整理文献和所学知识的积累，经过调查实地测量数据，初步制定出转向系设计方案。然后对循环球式转向器的尺寸参数及性能参数进行选择，初步确定循环球式转向器的尺寸；其次为了满足工作强度的和使用经济性的需要，对主要的构件进行强度校核，确定循环球式转向器的尺寸。最后再对转向传动机构以及转向操纵机构进行设计，撰写设计说明书，并绘制出装配图和零件图。 关键字：循环球式转向器；转向传动机构；转向操纵机构；转向梯形 ABSTRACT The research content of this article is car steering system design (circulating ball type steering gear). Car steering system has important influence on vehicle driving stability and safety, considering the circulating ball type steering gear has been widely used around the world and rapid development.The design of steering gear adopts the circulating ball type steering gear. Circulating ball type steering gear has higher working efficiency, long service life, variable transmission ratio, reliable operation, rack and clearance between tooth fan work easier for the advantages of the adjustment. In this paper, from the type of steering system and the analysis on the current situation of the development, study the circulating ball type steering gear. Learn structure component and work principle of steering system, through the literature survey method to collect data, review and the accumulation of knowledge, after investigation and field measured data, preliminary work out steering system design scheme.
