This work is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution International License (CC BY). /licenses/by/4.0/ Abstract Objective: To explore the inherent law of TCM syndrome types emerge, pancreatic cancer, deepen the understanding of different syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine, to find the rule. Methods: Statistical analysis since 1979 domestic publicly reported in the literature of TCM syn- drome classification of pancreatic cancer, data Frequencie method and chi-square test were ap- plied to the collected literature and case materials were discussed. Results: According to the in- clusion criteria and exclusion criteria included in the paper, the analysis results indicated that pancreatic cancer often witness had 6 kinds, respectively, damp heat toxin factor, qi and blood stasis, humid pixu (spleen deficient), pixu (spleen deficient), two qi, and qi stagnation pixu (spleen deficient). Pancreatic cancer syndrome in empirical, damp heat toxin factor and temperament and blood stasis is the most common pancreatic cancer evidence type. Second is factors and deficiency syndrome, both based on pixu (spleen deficient), on the basis of spleen deficiency with damp heat, qi stagnation, blood stasis and other standard performance.
