Turn-taking Rule 1 — At any TRP,a) If speaker selects the next speaker, that party must speak; no one else may speak. b) If speaker doesn’t select the next speaker, then a party may select itself. 1st starter’s turn. c) If not, speaker MAY continue speaking . . . unless another speaker selects himself.
