Based upon a preliminary program be- yond the residential community, the site will feature, an 18-hole golf course, a 250-key hotel, a spa, a retirement senior housing facility and a commercial village serving both residents, and the expansion of Xingyi’s downtown area. The 18-hole golf course will offer a new high-end course unique to the land features and assets of the natural site. The residential portion is set to represent a new paradigm shift of resort communities being sought by a more affluent client, seeking a high-end product in a unique setting within China.
