摘　要 随着计算机网络应用技术的发展，BT下载、视频流、IP电话、PSP点对点传输等应用业务不断出现以及网络数据传输量的大规模增加。网络安全问题日益成为人们关注的焦点，病毒、恶意攻击、非法访问等影响网络的正常运行VisualC++6.0环境下进行开发ocket、注册表和IP助手API实时连续地采集网络数据并对其进行统计，得到主要成分性能指标，结合网络流量的理论，通过统计出的性能指数观察网络状态，分析出网络变化趋势，找出影响网络性能的因素。采用对捕获的数据包进行一定的解析；访问操作系统提供的网络性能参数接口，得到网总流量、输入流量和输出流量；显示结果，如曲线图、列表等；了数据包捕获、流量监视 关键词：网络流量；winsock；数据采集；TCP/IP；流量分类；流量监控 Abstract With the development of Computer Network Application Technology, application services such as BT, video stream, IP phone, PSP Point-to-Point transmission and so on appear unceasingly and Network Data Throughput increases in a large scale. Network Security gradually becomes the focus. As viruses, malicious attacks and unauthorized access often influence the normal operation of network, Network management gradually becomes complicated. The classification and monitoring of Network flow is the important part of network management. The lack of appropriate management system about the network access flow monitoring in most LANs leads to network congestion and extremely slow speeds. Therefore, monitoring the network flow efficiently is of important significance to improve the ability of network management, and it can prevent network attack and Trojan Virus efficiently at the same time. This design develops under the circumstance of VisualC++6.0 and combines the VC programming technology such as Socket, the registry programming and IP assistant API. It continuously collects network data by using object-oriented method and counts them to get performance indicators of the main ingredients. It analyses the trend of network change and finds out the factors influencing the network performance by combining the theory of network flow and observing network state through the performance indicators. Methods and the main points are as follows：Capture network packet by using SOCK-RAW or VxD and make a certain resolution to it;Visit the Interface of network performance parameters provided by NOS and get the total flow, the input and output
