The logistics of agricultural production and agricultural products is huge, and the supply is very fragmented, so the cost of logistics is very high. If can reduce agricultural production and circulation of agricultural products in the process of the logistics cost, the farmer’s income will be increased easily. With the development of the socialist market economic, agricultural logistics become more and more remembered, and more and more important in agricultural production. Agricultural logistics includes purchasing, transportation, save, transportation and so on to realize agricultural circulation. Yimeng mountain area is located in the south of Shandong. Because of the mountainous landscape, bad transportation and other reason, the development of agricultural product logistics in the region is highly restricted. Firstly，yimeng mountain area’s agriculture is fairly advanced , every year produce large amounts of food crops and economic crops. But because of the bad transport, a large number of agricultural products can not be sold out.Secondly, because of historical reasons, yimeng mountain area’s economic development is relatively backward, although in recent years the rise in the city of logistics development boom, in rural areas of agricultural product logistics development are still slow.
