This part of flaws let each dealer be in the uncertain risk, and destroy the market transaction security and the transaction rule in system. Therefore, this article mainly, as the good-faith acquisition of real estate property and detached property as a center, attempted to discuss thoroughly and advise several suggestions about Reality of laws on good-faith acquisition system to our country through the implication, the rationale, the constitution as well as the deficiency, elaboration the good-faith acquisition on the elaboration .Beside, it brought to
