The present study presents a detailed report of a project implemented to solve the problem that most of my students do not like doing the oral practice in class. It is hypothesized that students’ interest and ability in oral practice in class could be increased by improved teaching design. This hypothesis is verified by a four-week practice of well-organized oral work activities. Among the methods of scientific investigation used are analytic method and cause analysis.
