Competition is a prevalent rule of human society. 2. Competition is the essential driving power to individuals. All of the Olympic records are obtained in a drastic 激烈的 competitive atmosphere. This competitive environment can explode potentials of the athletes and can make the athletes exert normal or even deviant better level. As we know that it is very difficult for the athletes to make a good record in daily training, and the time of the day in which the athletes break the world record or Olympic record is always in the international tournaments. The only difference between them is that in an international match the atmosphere of competition brings tension as well as motivity 动力. 3. However, there are two sides for every coin.
