江阴职业技术学院 毕业论文 课 题： 大众帕萨特自动变速器常见故障诊断与检修 专 题： 专 业： 汽车运用技术 学 生 姓 名： 赵 士 宣 班 级： 11汽运（2）班 学 号：指 导 教 师： 庞敬礼 完 成 时 间： 2013年12月22日 摘 要 随着科学技术的进步，汽车已经成为当今世界的主流，汽车的发明给人类带来极大的方便，汽车的操控性、舒适性也在逐步提高，自动变速逐步取代了手动变速器，自动变速的结构比手动变速器复杂的多，所以检修起来比较繁琐和技术要求比较高。 本文以大众帕萨特自动变速器为例，介绍它的结构组成和工作原理，以及常见故障有自动变速器换挡冲击过大或换挡过迟、自动变速器换挡过迟和打滑、自动变速器跳挡频繁与异响等故障。阐述了故障的具体现象和可能故障原因，对故障进行详细的分析和故障部位的检测，准确的找出故障部位，从而进行故障的排除，最后通过对大众帕萨特自动变速器案例分析，使我对大众自动变速器故障诊断与检修方法有更加深刻的了解和更清楚的认识，提高了自己汽车维修的能力。 关键词：帕萨特；自动变速器；故障；诊断 Abstract With the progress of science and technology, the car has become the mainstream of the world today, the invention of cars bring great convenience, the cars handling, comfort is also gradually increase, the automatic transmission gradually replaced the manual transmission, automatic transmission structure more complex than a manual transmission, so the maintenance and more complicated and technical requirements are higher.
