一、玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管的产品概述 玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管是通过HDPE塑料与玻璃纤维复合而成。玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管综合了塑料和玻璃纤维的一些特性。HDPE无臭、无毒，具有良好的耐寒性。 玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管不但具有普通塑料管质轻、搬运装卸便利、施工简易、耐化学药品性能优良、流体阻力小、使用寿命长、维护方便等特点，而且玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管的机械强度远远大于普通HDPE管的机械强度，同时提高了管的耐温性能、热变形温度，并降低了尺寸不稳定的特点，克服了普通HDPE塑料管遇高温易蠕变、使用寿命短等缺点。我们突破并实现了HDPE管大口径化的生产。 玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管化学稳定性好，能耐大多数酸碱盐的腐蚀(除了强氧化性的酸外)，不溶于石油，可用于含有酸碱土质的石油管道。 玻纤增强HDPE石油化工复合管不但进一步拓宽了塑料管的使用范围，而且符合国家倡导的“以塑代钢”、“节能减排”、“绿色环保”的政策，有着广阔的市场发展前景。 1. Glass fiber reinforced HDPE petrochemical pipe has distinguished features of lightweight, handling convenience, simple construction, excellent chemical resistance properties, small fluid resistance, long serving life and convenient maintenance. Furthermore, compared with the common HDPE pipe, the mechanical strength of the glass fiber reinforced HDPE composite petrochemical pipe is far better than common HDPE pipe. At the same time, it improves the pipe high temperature performance, high thermal deformation temperature, and lowers dimensional instability.
