 毕业设计报告(论文) 报告(论文)题目： 石油钻井平台桩管热熔机设 计及仿真（Φ800-Φ1100） 作者所在系部： 机械工程系 作者所在专业： 测控技术与仪器 作者所在班级： B09121 作 者 姓 名 ： 白洋 作 者 学 号 ： 20094012132 指导教师姓名： 王春海 完 成 时 间 ： 2013年6月14日 北华航天工业学院教务处制摘 要 由于海底的石油能源在当代能源行业中的地位非常重要，对此课题研究提供了有力的条件和保证。此课题的设计要求源于石油钻井平台上废弃后桩管的切割和处理，对深入海底以下桩管进行火焰热切割。由于海上石油钻井平台桩管形状有不确定性，工作环境的特殊性，所以首先要完成理论研究，尺寸的计算，模型的设计，结构力学的计算，电机的选取以及最后的实践生产。此课题研究结合了工程力学，机械设计，机械制造的知识。根据此课题生产出的产品非常具有独创性，填补了海上石油钻井平台桩管切割机的空白。不但将热熔机切割所涉及领域延伸到海上的能源行业，其实际的意义在于将废弃工业残留物进行了彻底清除以便再次利用，也同时保护了海洋的环境，造福于人类。 本课题的研究成果主要适用于海上石油钻井平台桩管的切割，具有工作效率高，降低劳动的强度，经济效益提高等特点。 关键词 桩管 热熔机 设计仿真 电机 力学计算 Abstract As the offshore oil in energy industry is very important ,it provide favorable conditions to the research on this subject .The design requirements of this subject stems from the cutting and processing waste pile pipe oil drilling platform .Depth below the seafloor pile pipe flame thermal cutting .Uncertainly due to offshore oil drilling platform tube shape .The particularity of the work environment .First complete theoretical study ,size calculation ,model design ,structural mechanics calculations ,motor selection .The research of this subject combine mechanics ,precision mechanical design ,engineering and manufacturing knowledge .The production produce originality and it fill the blank of oil drilling platform pipe cutting machine .Not only extends to the hot melt cutting the areas covered by the offshore energy industry .Its real significance lies in abandoned industry residues were cleared for reuse .While protecting the marine environment ,the benefit of mankind. The research results are mainly applicable to offshore oil drilling platform tube remove with a high, reduce labor intensity and high economic efficiency.
