INFORMATION A Study and Research Plan is a plan that details which subjects, courses and/or fields of research you intend to cover during your mobility and thus provides information on what you want to achieve during your stay abroad. It has to be agreed on with the relevant persons in charge at your home university. The Study and Research Plan needs to be signed by the student and the academic staff member at the home university before submitting the application (except degree PhD). You should have the recommendation letter signed by the same academic staff member. Once the mobility has started the document needs to be signed by the supervising academic staff member at the host institution who thereby guarantees that the incoming scholar can study the planned course units or do the planned research. Note that you choose courses and/or undertake research activities of relevance to your study or research programme at your home university. This is needed to make sure that the courses and/or research activities, completed during your mobility, will be recognized and taken into account in your degree! Also make sure you choose courses/research activities which are indeed offered at the host university of your choice.
