前言 洛阳理工学院毕业设计（论文） PAGE  PAGE  洛阳市东方今典建筑工程项目成本控制与管理 摘 要 近年来，国内房地产行业组织方法和生产架构的模式正在发生着翻天覆地的变化，主要是由于国家内部建筑产业的建筑工程项目管理的重点慢慢的渗入到施工项目的成本控制的环节，因此，工程管理的关键点就是成本控制。 河南东方今典集团是一家主要经营房地产开发及建筑工程项目施工相关业务的服务型企业，东方今典集团的房地产开发业务主要分布于河南省内，企业有优秀的施工项目管理团队和先进的机械设备。本文从洛阳东方今典建筑工程项目的发展现状出发，由此分析出洛阳市东方今典建筑工程项目存在的成本控制与管理的问题，在此基础上提出相应的对策，希望能够为发展中的东方今典有所帮助。 关键词：成本管理，成本控制，问题，对策   PAGE II Cost Control and Management of Luoyang Orient Classic Architectural Engineering Project ABSTRACT In recent years, the domestic real estate industry organizations and production methods architecture model is undergoing tremendous changes, mainly due to the countrys internal construction industry construction project management focus slowly infiltrated into the construction project cost control aspects, therefore, engineering key management is cost control.
