摘要 随着汽车工业的迅速发展和全球环境保护意识的加强,人们对汽车的动力性和燃油经济性提出了更高的要求,对汽车的排放性能的要求也日趋严格。在整车性能评价过程中,动力性与燃油经济性是最基本、最重要的性能指标,其好坏直接影响着汽车运输效率与运输成本,因此动力性与经济性的合理匹配是提高汽车运输效率、降低运输成本和减少废气排放的重要措施之一。 本课题主要研究某中型货车动力传动系统的匹配与优化,以提高动力性、改善燃油经济性为目标,运用AVL-Cruise仿真软件展开了相应的计算仿真。 本文从汽车行驶的基本原理入手,分析了评价汽车动力性和燃油经济性的基本指标,同时介绍了关于Cruise软件建立整车模型的基本思路和方法,以及在仿真任务中需要注意的关键问题。 根据整车设计要求,以及可获得的总成资源,包括发动机、变速器和主减速器等,进行多种方案的仿真计算,通过多方面的对比分析,最终选取最合适的动力传动系统匹配方案使整车动力性与燃油经济性达到最优。 关键词:汽车动力传动系统;动力性;燃油经济性;AVL-Cruise;仿真 Abstract With the automobile industry rapid development and global awareness of environmental protection, strengthen,people of automobile power performance and fuel economy proposed higher requirements,the requirements of automobile emission performance becomes more and more strict.In the performance assessment of vehicle in the process, the dynamic performance and fuel economy is the most basic and most important performance index,its quality directly affects the automobile transportation efficiency and transportation cost, so the power and economy reasonable matching is to improve the efficiency of automobile transportation reduce transport costs and reduce less emissions, one of the important measures. The main research topics matching and optimization of a medium-sized truck drive train to improve power, improved fuel economy as the goal, the use of simulation software AVL-Cruise launched the corresponding calculation simulation.
