汽车雨刮器的设计与动力学分析 摘要 汽车在人们的日常生活中已经十分重要,作为汽车重要的安全件之一的雨刮器的地位日益提高,人们对雨刮器越来越重视。人们在日常生活中经常使用雨刮器,只要是适应雨天行驶的交通工具,几乎都配备了雨刮器,因此对雨刮器习以为常。本次设计将对长城哈弗H6所配备的雨刮器连动杆总成进行具体的结构设计,并使用SolidWorks对雨刮器进行整体建模和运动仿真,设计出具体的连动杆,并画出连动杆图纸和雨刮器的连动杆总成的装配图。并对主要的传动机构进行Adams运动学分析。 作为一种需要循环动作的机构,雨刮器的使用寿命也是十分重要的,各个零件的受力情况是设计时的重要考虑因素,因此我们必须对重要的零件进行受力分析并进行优化,改善应力分布或优化零件设计,以便延长使用寿命。在循环的动作中必须改善部分零件的装配关系避免摩擦的因素造成使用寿命的变短。在汽车上面每一处空间都必须合理的利用因此在雨刮器的设计过程中必须考虑整体的体积,减小雨刮器的体积也是需要考虑的重要因素。 关键词:雨刮器、建模、运动仿真、Adams The design and dynamic?analysis of automotive?wiper Abstract: Cars in peoples daily lives has been very important position wiper important safety car parts as one increasing, more and more people pay attention to wiper.
