摘 要
近年来,中国制造业面临技术低、产能低、标准低等一系列严峻的考验,机械制造业是国家支柱产业,亟待转型升级。机械制造业创新能力的要求不断提高,因此对机械零件加工工艺要求也越来越高,高精尖的生产方式成为时代的需求。吊挂支架工艺规程编制必须以高效,精准,顶尖的工艺为出发点,设计出符合现代化批量生产要求的吊挂支架。另外,支架是主要起支撑作用的构架,该零件用于WP-13发动机上,是发动机与机体相联接件,也是力的传递件,安装在发动机的主辅安装截面上再与飞机机体相联接,工作时振动较大,该零件尺寸不大,但构型较复杂,型面较多,主要尺寸精度要求较高,刚性较差,因此在制定工艺规程时应拟定较为满足生产要求的合理的工艺路线。
机械制造工艺规程编制是以机械制造加工理论为基础、制造工艺为主线、兼顾工艺装备知识的机械制造技术基本能力的培养,也提高了学生综合运用机械制造技术的基本知识、基本理论和基本技能,分析和解决实际工程问题的基础实践能力。
