碳纤维布加固混凝土结构施工方案研究_毕业设计.doc

摘 要 碳纤维增强塑料(CFRP)加固修补混凝土结构技术是一项新兴的结构加固技术，它是利用树脂类胶结材料将碳纤维材料粘贴于混凝土表面，从而达到对结构构件补强加固及改善结构受力性能的目的。由于碳纤维材料的轻质、耐腐、高强及施工便利，在加固领域得到了大量应用，有着其它结构加固材料无法比拟的优点。 首先对碳纤维布在结构加固中的应用现状进行了总结。简述了碳纤维材料的优缺点,碳纤维加固技术和加固优点。重点探讨了碳纤维布加固混凝土结构的加固设计方案与加固施工方案。通过例子，对正截面、斜截面承载力进行了内力计算和配筋核算。对斜截面承载力进行了验算，对正截面进行了加固处理。使得实际加固效果达到加固设计要求，满足使用要求。对加固施工的施工工序作了详细的论述，并且指出了加固中的质量保证措施。此外，还对加固工程质量管理作了论述，主要从施工设计两个不同方面的特点入手，针对各自的特点进行质量管理。 关键词：碳纤维布；混凝土结构；加固；施工；设计；质量管理 Abstract Recently, an advanced composite material named Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) has emerged as an alternative to traditional strengthening materials, The existing reinforced concrete structures can be strengthened by externally bonded CFRP to improve their mechanical performances. Many advantages such as lightweight, non-corrosive, simple construction, and high tensile strength make it widely used in strengthening field., which other structure reinforcement materials is unable to compare. In the beginning, the article summaries the application situation of the carbon fiber sheets in the reinforced structure field,and briefly points out the advantages and disadvantages of carbon fiber sheets. Also the reinforcement designing plans of the carbon fiber sheets reinforced concrete structure are discussed primarily. Through the case study , to the supporting capacity of the aligned section and the oblique section, the endogenic force computation and matching steel checking are carried on. The supporting capacity of the oblique section is checked and reinforcement is dealt with to the aligned section, these make the actual reinforcement effect reach the designing and using requirements. Detailed elaborations are made on the reinforcement construction procedures and what should be paid attention to in reinforcement construction are pointed out in this article. In addition, quality management of reinforcement project is elaborated on from two different design characters, and quality management is made to respective character. KEY WORD
