本科生毕业论文(设计) 中小企业员工培训研究 - 以林州市华东商业有限公司为例 2013年4月16号 摘 要 当今企业之间的竞争重点在于人才的竞争,人才的开发是企业获得人才的重要途径,对企业的生存和发展具有重要的意义。企业员工培训作为人力资源开发的重要组成部分,不仅关系到员工自身素质的培养,同时与企业成长关系密切。对于提高员工素质,塑造企业文化,加强企业凝聚力,提高企业效益,增强企业整体竞争力具有重要作用。而当前中小企业员工培训中还存在许多问题,特别是员工企业文化培训中有很多不足。对于中小企业员工培训机制还需要不断完善。本文采用案例分析法,以特殊案例为研究对象,以个别现象来研究一般现象。针对我国中小企业中员工培训的现状与问题,通过文献分析法了解当前国内外对中小企业员工培训研究现状,问卷调查法调查员工培训需求,结合访谈法对具体案例进行分析。针对我国中小企业员工培训中存在的一些普遍问题,结合人力资源专业的相关内容和一些学者对当前我国中小企业员工培训方面的优化建议,对中小企业员工培训制度的完善作出研究与探讨。 关键词:中小企业;员工培训;问题;策略 Abstract The competition between enterprises today is focused on talent competition,The development of talent is the enterprise to talented persons important way,It has the vital significance to enterprises survival and development.Enterprise staff training as an important part of human resource development, not only relates to the cultivation of the staff own quality, closely associated with firm growth at the same time.To improve staff quality, shaping corporate culture, strengthen the enterprise cohesive force, improve the enterprise benefit, enhancing enterprise competitiveness plays an important role.And there are many problems in the current small and medium-sized enterprise staff training, especially the corporate culture training in there are a lot of shortcomings.For small and medium-sized enterprises also need to constantly improve staff training mechanism.In this paper, using case analysis, in a special case as the research object, by individual phenomenon to study the general phenomenon.Staff training in small and medium-sized enterprises in our country present situation and problems, through the literature analysis method to understand the current employee training for small and medium-sized enterprises at home and abroad is reviewed, the questionnaire survey of employee training demand, combined with interviews to analyze specific case.
