Through simple, thorough, and well documented systems, all ACCOR properties can aim to achieve the following benefits. Improved and consistent quality of the product we offer to our clients. Adhere to all State and Australian / New Zealand standards including Annual Fire Safety Statements and compliance requirements Reduce the “Medium to Long Term”expenditure on Capital replacement, repairs and maintenance and utilities. Improve the asset value of the properties. Improve facilities at properties pertaining to the health, safety and welfare of hotel guests and staff. Improve the facilities available for ACCOR personnel. Improve the companys market share and profitability. INTRODUCTION The following notes cover our suggestions on the implementation of the “Accor Approved” Planned Maintenance Programme. To introduce maintenance programmes in the initial stages can be time consuming. We believe the proposed schedule and programmes will keep paper work to a minimum.
